Good long virtual bike ride on the flattish ROUVY San Diego route. Visited San Diego on a DIA conference as well as visiting the PPD office. Beautiful climate for swim, bike and run. Love to do a triathlon here.
I am a recreational vet runner coming back from injury and turning to triathlons and other adventure sports such as gig rowing for fun, fitness, weight loss.
