1km and 30 minute technique swim at Jubilee pool 8 x 100m doing various drills and 200m swim down. Slow speed but good training and endurance swim.

Nice Row out to Newlyn Harbour and back in a lovely sunny evening. Cox: James, 6: Shelley, 5: Trev 4: Wendy, 3: Juliet, 2: Me, 1: Mandy. Did Pyramids to Newlyn and a fast row back. Interesting ship on the way
