In remembrance of my dear Fudgey Boy that died last year when I attended the World Gig Rowing Championships with is also happening this year but not attending as away too much and therefore not training

Met up with Fran for a morning swim at Trvassack Lake. Chilly swim in the lake 15C. Did 22mins and just over 500 metres at a slow speed of 4.23/100 and 182 cals. At the start of May attended another Masters swim training session with a number of technique sets 1075 metres, 33mins 2.32/100 and 288 cals. Good session and improved as got used to following the sets and lane swimming. Joined the slower group that helped
