This warm up ride was followed by a strength and stretch session

Nice Row out to Newlyn Harbour and back in a lovely sunny evening. Cox: James, 6: Shelley, 5: Trev 4: Wendy, 3: Juliet, 2: Me, 1: Mandy. Did Pyramids to Newlyn and a fast row back. Interesting ship on the way

5km training row on RowErg. Followed with 4.6 Km walk to and from the Jubilee Pool for a 800m or half a mile swim

Nice just over 20Km forest trail ride in Michigan 🇺🇸. Good work out before doing a 28 minute strength session utilizing a lot of different muscles as below. Equivalent of picking up a truck Finished of with a few hip, back and core stretching exercises.

5km walk to pool and back with Jacqueline stopping off at the Queens Hotel for Artisan Market before a quick leisurely swim in the Jubilee pool
