After a few days travelling and doing business in Essex – Two sessions with MBPGC at Marazion around the Mount. First session at seat 4 of nearly 4km with novices and second at seat 1 which was a harder session with experienced rowers which was almost 6 km.
I am a recreational vet runner coming back from injury and turning to triathlons and other adventure sports such as gig rowing for fun, fitness, weight loss. I am also an amateur photographer trying to master my camera and GoPro to produce some great images in future.
