Easter 🐣 Men’s crew training with fill ins. Cox: Wendy, 6:Steve, 5: Me, 4: Jonny, 3: Alison, 2: Emma, 1: Julie. Sunny 😎 but breezy day. Plenty of technique training on length of stroke and timing. Went out of the harbour and very breezy but not too choppy.
I am a recreational vet runner coming back from injury and turning to triathlons and other adventure sports such as gig rowing for fun, fitness, weight loss. I am also an amateur photographer trying to master my camera and GoPro to produce some great images in future.
