Quick 20 min virtual WattBike ride on the ROUVY Frejus course. Reminds me of the times I cycled on this route when I lived in Callian only 20km down the road. Used to get up at 5am and cycle 🚴 to Fréjus and back traversing lake St Casein and a few tasty hills. Sometimes temperatures at 35C plus hence the early morning starts 🥱. Nice to get back for a swim 🏊♂️ in our pool and a drop of Rose wine 🍷 in the evening.
I am a recreational vet runner coming back from injury and turning to triathlons and other adventure sports such as gig rowing for fun, fitness, weight loss. I am also an amateur photographer trying to master my camera and GoPro to produce some great images in future.
