Session had many poses that increases the muscle strength and tone especially abdominal, lower back, hips and buttocks (core muscles of the body) much needed for gig rowing 🚣‍♀️ and improving general posture

I am a recreational vet runner coming back from injury and turning to triathlons and other adventure sports such as gig rowing for fun, fitness, weight loss.
