Quick row on Concept2 ergrow to increase fitness for the Great River Race in September. Need to quicken the time per 500m and distance. I think more flexibility in hips by Pilates to increase forward reach and length of stroke. Good workout though.

I am a recreational vet runner coming back from injury and turning to triathlons and other adventure sports such as gig rowing for fun, fitness, weight loss.
