Nice fast training ride in the Mountains of Canada ๐จ๐ฆ. ROUVY so much more interesting than Zwift.
Followed this with some strength training with weights and a quick cool down on the C2 RowErg.
Finished with an almond milk, chocolate protein powder, blueberries and yoghurt smoothie drink.
