Nice 🚴 ride on a bridge on the ROUVY Atlantic road route in Norway 🇳🇴 without cold weather. Reminds me of the Nordic skiing 🎿 with the army in Nothern Norway 🥶. Not too far as the internet was playing up. Looks nice when this photo was taken.
This was followed by strength training with a few weights 🏋️♀️and a 1km cool down row 🚣🏿
