20 minutes of strength training with barbell and dumbell weights. 5 sets with 5 actions

  • Barbell Bench Press – chest 20kg
  • Dumbbell Arm Row – both arms 10kg
  • Dumbbell Bicep Curl – both arms 10Kg
  • Dumbbell Tricep Extension – both arms 6kg
  • Dumbbell Shoulder Press – shoulder – arms 6kg
  • Dumbbell Side Bend – Core 6kg
  • Barbell Squat – Legs – 10kg
  • Plank – 1 minute – core
  • 50 stomach crunches – core
  • Cobra – back stretching
  • Side leg bends – hip flexibility
