The second row was some of the men for the Scillies training doing technique training, racing starts and a fast row out to a boat ⛴️ called Galatea. Cox; Jim, 6: Ant, 5: James, 4: Steve, 3: Tom, 2: Me, 1: Trev. Trev in 1 helped to straighten my rowing 🚣 style that I need to work on.
