Program for the rowing for two days and got the 6.15 ferry ⛴️ from Penzance to St Mary’s and met up with some of the team
After landing we went up to the Garrison campsite to set up tents. Also went to see the boat at Pothmellon beach near the gig shed cafe – see below
In the evening the crew went out for a meal in the mainland.
I am a recreational vet runner coming back from injury and turning to triathlons and other adventure sports such as gig rowing for fun, fitness, weight loss.
