PNPGC members and family joined us at the beach for a BBQ. Weather was mixed but nice. Went for a quick swim 🏊♂️

I am a recreational vet runner coming back from injury and turning to triathlons and other adventure sports such as gig rowing for fun, fitness, weight loss.
