After some strength training a WattBike virtual cycle building block session was undertaken to improve aerobic endurance by ramping up power and cadence in between recovery periods.

Friday 24th November 2023: Virtual training ride on WattBike
40 min Tour de WattBike stage 4 flat section virtual training ride after a strength session. Followed by a 1Km cool down virtual row on C2 RowErg as shown below
Thursday 16th November 2023 – Quick C2 rowErg after strength training
Wednesday 15th November 2023: Zwift virtual training ride on WattBike
After a strength session in the gym did a quick 12.5 Km virtual ride on the zwift course in London on the WattBike hitting almost 30 km/hr. Need to up this by increasing power.
Tuesday 14th November 2023: 10km virtual zwift ride
Training virtual Zwift ride on WattBike after strength training in the gym. Followed this with a C2 RowErg train cool down row.
Saturday 11th November 2023: Quick training virtual bike ride on Zwift
Quick training bike ride on Zwift after sometime not training after some strength training. Followed this with a quick 1000m cool down row on the C2 RowErg shown below

Nice short ride on the Zwift flat route. Need to work on increasing power on Zwift.
Tuesday 10th October 2023: Short virtual WattBike Spin on Fulgaz on the Italian Bellagio route
Short spin before dinner as took a long time to set up the ride on Fulgaz.
