Sunday 26th October 2025: Warm up C2 RowErg followed by Strength, Core and stretch session

Quick 2km warm up row followed by an extensive strength session with core and stretching as follows: plenty of stretching on back, hamstrings, ankles, neck, arms after a number of core exercises in addition to the plank and crunches

Friday 24th October 2025: WattBike ride on the Fulgaz Netherlands route followed by strength and core session

Nice fast WattBike ride on the Fulgaz Dutch route through the countryside and into towns. After that did a short core and strength session on the Garmin app but trying to operate it correctly

Thursday 17th October 2025: PNPGC Race night Men v Ladies teams

Good uptake of places tonight to get two boats out with ladies in lighter Rhos and men in heavier Morladron for a racing session.
