After weeks of rain and high winds we managed to get on the water for a 4km gig row practicing starts and power rowing 🚣‍♀️ in choppy seas. Training row in Harbour due to winds and waves. Plenty of racing starts and sprints

Evening row on calm waters: Cox: Julie, 6: Tina 5: Me 4: Steve 3: Kevin 2: Jo 1: Jonny/Ivan. Lots of racing starts and power rowing 🚣🏿 as well as technique. Change for me being at 5. Jonny took some photos of our row. Note calm waters which is a change.
