Nice short ride on the Zwift flat route. Need to work on increasing power on Zwift.
Tuesday 10th October 2023: Short virtual WattBike Spin on Fulgaz on the Italian Bellagio route
Short spin before dinner as took a long time to set up the ride on Fulgaz.
Monday 9th October 2023: Pilates session for core strength and Flexibility

A quick training ride on the zwift London route which reminded me of some of the sights in my 9 London marathons as well as my recent gig row down the Thames in the London Great River Race with my pirate 🏴☠️ team mates from PNPGC. Some shots from the ride.
Thursday 5th October 2023: Trining ride on Fulgaz on the Kinglake route in Melbourne, Australia
A undulating virtual ride on the Fulgaz Australian route. Had to mind the kangaroos 😊
Wednesday 4th October 2023: Fulgaz training ride on the Gresham Loop in Oregon, USA
After a 45 min Pilates session did a 28min virtual ride on the Gresham loop in Oregon, USA 🇺🇸. Nice flat ride
Tuesday 3rd October 2023: Nice hilly virtual ride on the Fulgaz Passo Campolonga from Arabba route in Italy on WattBike
Quite a hilly start on the 🚴 climb on this route in Italy 🇮🇹. Quite a long downhill section down to the finish. Nice workout to get my bike fitness up to speed after doing a lot of gig rowing 🚣♀️
Monday 2nd October 2023: Spin in The Fulgaz Southern Germany route
Quite a rolling hilly ride in Southern Germany 🇩🇪. Had a few problems getting the program to work but once set up a great short ride. In the morning went to a Pilates session in the village hall. Was a harder session than the Wednesday session as was more on the core
