Couple of C2 RowErgs to complete the C2 Dog Day Challenge and training for the GRR. See the Challenge below and the certificate and total distance per week

Final RowErg sessions to complete the 40 km last week challenge a day early making well over 100 Km from the 1st August to 28th August. Will post the final total tomorrow for the last day with certificate as hope to do a quick short RowErg tomorrow.
Saturday 26th August 2023: C2 RowErgs and Row at Coverack Regatta
Rowed for St Ives Gig Club in the Men’s B at the Coverack Regatta in Fortitude. Came 9th out of 12 teams. Couple of RowErgs to make up the 10km for the day for the C2 Challenge
