Wanted quick flat ride on WattBike.Picked a USA Triathlon route that did before. This was followed by a few weights and a smoothy

Nice fast training ride in the Mountains of Canada 🇨🇦. ROUVY so much more interesting than Zwift.Followed this with some strength training with weights and a quick cool down on the C2 RowErg. Finished with an almond milk, chocolate protein powder, blueberries and yoghurt smoothie drink.

Hilly ride on WattBike in a ROUVY : Colle Monte delle Förche Italian 🇮🇹 route to increase fitness.

As the Paris Olympics in France 🇫🇷 is coming thought I would have a change and go for a scenic ride round Paris on the ROUVY : City of Paris route as bored with Zwift. Much prefer ROUVY over Zwift for indoor cycling as the routes are more realistic
