Quick Zwift recovery ride on WattBike after yesterday’s long RowErg row. Using different muscles. Followed this with some strength training with weights

After some strength training with weights on arms, chest and legs carried out a virtual WattBike sprint session on a Zwift French course c’est bon as it reminded me if cycling in France 🇫🇷. Great fitness for the calf, thigh,glutes and foot/ ankles.

Quick virtual ride on WattBike on a ROUVY USA Triathlon sprint Championship course. Had issues with set up and gears so could not complete the course due to time constraints. Nice course for sprinting but gear changes a bit erratic. This was followed by strength training for arms and core with weights. Nice hilly WattBike virtual ride on Harrogate Zwift course. Good one to improve fitness of cycling 🚴‍♂️ on hills also for gig rowing especially on the quads. Quiet course for fellow cyclists on this one compared to other courses on Zwift. This was followed by a brief strength training session.

Quick virtual WattBike ride round the virtual ROUVY Challenge Wanaka in New Zealand. This was after a bit of strength training in the gym. Nice change from rowing 🚣‍♀️

Quick 20 min virtual WattBike ride on the ROUVY Frejus course. Reminds me of the times I cycled on this route when I lived in Callian only 20km down the road. Used to get up at 5am and cycle 🚴 to Fréjus and back traversing lake St Casein and a few tasty hills. Nice hilly 10K ride on above Zwift course. Started off flat then went into climbs.

Quick virtual 10km bike 🚴 ride on WattBike on the Zwift Watopia route.

Test ride on WattBike 🚴 as gears are not working on shifter. However did work on the WattBike hub app. Investigating issue with support.
