Wednesday 19th July 2023: Did a Technical training session on Concept2 RowErg with Dark Horse

Did a training session working out the correct technique on the Concept2 RowErg. Nice relaxed ๐Ÿ˜Ž training session on YouTube which I need to put into practice on future training rows. Summary of sessions below. Everything was done at a slow pace, but still covered 2.5km.
