Did a training session working out the correct technique on the Concept2 RowErg. Nice relaxed ๐ training session on YouTube which I need to put into practice on future training rows. Summary of sessions below. Everything was done at a slow pace, but still covered 2.5km.

Quick row on Concept2 ergrow to increase fitness for the Great River Race in September. Need to quicken the time per 500m and distance. I think more flexibility in hips by Pilates to increase forward reach and length of stroke. Good workout though.
