Nice long row from Penzance harbour to the Mount and back. Slightly choppy waters. Cox: Jim, 6: Steve, 5: Trevor, 4: Anthony, 3: James, 2: Me, 1: Banksy. On the way back was more choppy and heavy rowing with a rain 🌧️ storm and a rainbow

A short row mainly in harbour but went out in choppy seas. Cox: Wendy, 6: me, 5:Emma, 4: 3: Felix, 2: Ant, 1: James. Lot of technique work for 4,3,2 as new rowers

Evening PNPGC men’s crew training row in Penzance harbour as too choppy outside the harbour. Lots of sprinting and racing starts. We were being followed by a murmuration of starlings. Cox: James, 6: Jim, 5: Trev, 4: Steve 3: Chris, 2: Anthony, 1: me. Stats and murmuration of starlings below

PNPGC rowers Me, Trev, James and Jim made up the teams with fill in members from Rowhedge and Poole. We came second out of four in both races. As last year this took place at Silver wings sailing club on waversley lake near Staines
