Nice night row with experienced crew Cox; James, 6: Me, 5: Nina, 4: Trevor, 3: Jem, 2: Chris, 1: James Clear night and relatively calm sees and we could see the stars ✨. Plenty of technique training and as the stroke at 6 a change for me. Boat came in which was interesting.

Nice 🚴 ride on a bridge on the ROUVY Atlantic road route in Norway 🇳🇴 without cold weather. Reminds me of the Nordic skiing 🎿 with the army in Nothern Norway 🥶. Three of us went to the above regatta at Silver Wings Sailing Club that is in Wraysbury lake in Staines. There were 11 teams at the event including Rowhedge, Brightlingsea, London Cornish, West London, Poole, Newhaven, Affinity, Lewes, Oarsome Thames Barbarians and us. Two Funerals and travelling curtailed by training plans apart from the usual walks with Fudgey Boy. Hopefully back to regular fitness and strength training.
