Good training row in reasonably calm seas and blue sky for a change. Cox: Julie, 6: Me, 5: Emma, 4: Steve, 3; Grant, 2: Sarah, 1: Trevor. A few starts and lots of technique training. Good training for me as No 6 stroke. Afterwards a quick drink at the Longboat.
