The WattBike ride on a Fulgaz course along the Seine was 10 Km and just over 20mins at a speed of around 30km/hr. Unfortunately did not upload. Prior strength exercises as shown below from Strong.
Wednesday 1st January 2025: New Year WattBike ride along the Loire valley in France π«π·
Nice New Year WattBike ride along the Fulgaz Loire Valley arrived near Angers in France π«π·. Followed this with 10 dumbbell 10kg arm rows and 10 barbell chest press 20kg.

Nice fast blow out ride on the WattBike on the Fulgaz Bavarian route in Germany π©πͺ. Followed this with strength training with Barbell and Dumbell weights including Bench Press, Arm Curls, One Arm Rows and Side Bends. Hereβs a little information on Bad Hindelang.

Tuesday 26th September: Quick virtual ride for a trial with Fulgaz, some weights and PNPGC Gigrow
20 minute row reviewing the program Fulgaz which was quite good ride but unlike Zwift nobody on the ride. However the video representation of the route was realistic. Wednesday 14th June 2023: Pilates session at Gulval Village Hall
Started regular hour Pilates postural stretching session to improve posture and flexibility. Very stiff on some of the stretches and Pilates moves but hope this improves as progress in weekly sessions.
