Monday 13th March: Rowalong Concept2 technique session followed by 1km blast and some strength training with dumbells

10min technique training with RowAlong Instructor John Steventon followed by a 1km blast using some of the tips gained from this Youtube video. This was followed with some overhead lats, single dumbell rows, dead lifts with barbell and some other weight sessions on the arms.
