A 20 minute blast on the WattBike on the New Zealand 🇳🇿 Fulgaz Ironman course in Taupo. This was followed by strength training This full body session devised on Hevy was followed by a cool 😎 down row.

Tuesday 11th February 2025 : 5km C2 RowErg training row
5000m C2 RowErg training row which was interrupted. Working up to 10,000m when stopped. Need to up power and pace. Stats below
