35 minute RowAlong fitness row at Zone 2 at 20 strokes a minute. Also 4 minute warm up and 2 minute cool 😎 down. Followed this with a short 10 min strength session 5×3 dumbbell bicep curl 10 kg. 10 x Barbell bench press 20kg and 10 dumbell triceps pulls at 6kg.

Steady fitness training 5 day program challenge row with RowAlong with John Steventon. Nice steady row with 4 minute warm up followed by two 15min sessions at a slow steady pace and 2 minute cool 😎 down with some stretches to finish. Lots of technique instruction as well.
Tuesday 7th January 2025: WattBike ride on Fulgaz Canadian 🇨🇦 course followed by cool down C2 RowErg Row
Nice Fulgaz trail course ride on WattBike along the Fulgaz Canadian trail course but unfortunately it kept on stopping due to internet 🛜 issues and my real time was over 20 mins and probably 8km Followed this with a 2K C2 RowErg as below
Sunday 5th January 2025: Warm up row followed by strength training
15 min virtual C2 RowErg row of just over 3km followed by a strength session as outlined below: Finished 30 second Plank and 20 crutches and stretching exercises for back and hips. Nice 👍 work out
Thursday 2nd January 2025: Five C2 RowErg rows
Good 1st series of Virtual rows for 2025 at different speeds and distances. Just over 5km and a total time of just under 24 minutes. Total calories of 302. Good start and the base for great training future virtual rows in 2025.

Quick warm up with RowErg to get back into it after a few weeks waiting for medical test results which were positive. Followed this with a WattBike virtual 10 km ride on the Zwift Paris course to increase fitness. Followed this with a few weight lifts for strength
