A good WattBike workout on a nice ROUVY route in Sicily. Reminded me of the last time I was in Sicily on a conference where Mount Etna volcano erupted and molten ash was everywhere and we had to get back to mainland Italy by road and ferry rather than our flight
I am a recreational vet runner coming back from injury and turning to triathlons and other adventure sports such as gig rowing for fun, fitness, weight loss. I am also an amateur photographer trying to master my camera and GoPro to produce some great images in future.
