Friday 17th January 2025: WattBike ride on Fulgaz French 🇫🇷 route with quick strength session
Good WattBike ride on the French Fulgaz route. Good video. Followed this with quick strength session. This included dumbbell bicep curl and side bend. Barbell bench press and dumbbell tricep extension. Finished with plank.

Sunday 12th January 2025: WattBike ride on the Fulgaz River Amstel River route in Holland
Nice 20km ride along the Fulgaz Holland route following the Amstel River going through villages South of Amsterdam especially Uithoorn

Nice fast powerful ride as time constrained. Nice scenery in Switzerland 🇨🇭
Wednesday 8th January 2025: Two C2 RowErg’s with a Strength session between them
Warm up row followed by strength and flexibility session as follows: In addition some stretching & flexibility exercises. Followed this with a cool 😎 down row as follows:
Tuesday 7th January 2025: WattBike ride on Fulgaz Canadian 🇨🇦 course followed by cool down C2 RowErg Row
Nice Fulgaz trail course ride on WattBike along the Fulgaz Canadian trail course but unfortunately it kept on stopping due to internet 🛜 issues and my real time was over 20 mins and probably 8km Followed this with a 2K C2 RowErg as below
Sunday 5th January 2025: Warm up row followed by strength training
15 min virtual C2 RowErg row of just over 3km followed by a strength session as outlined below: Finished 30 second Plank and 20 crutches and stretching exercises for back and hips. Nice 👍 work out
Friday 3rd January 2025: WattBike Ride on Fulgaz course along the Seine after a short Strength session
The WattBike ride on a Fulgaz course along the Seine was 10 Km and just over 20mins at a speed of around 30km/hr. Unfortunately did not upload. Prior strength exercises as shown below from Strong.
