Sunday 2nd November 2025: WattBike ride following the Rock n Roll Half Marathon route in Vegas
Good solid ride around Vegas as I remember it 25 years ago. Also a half marathon running 🏃 event takes place on this route.
Saturday 1st November 2025: 5km RowErg followed by a short 20 min strength and core session.
This 5km warm up endurance row was followed by a strength and core session
Wednesday 29th October: WattBike ride on the French Saint-Sulpice sur Cele route
Nice route in the Lot valley in France 🇫🇷. Reminds me of the rides I did in the Var several years ago
Sunday 26th October 2025: Warm up C2 RowErg followed by Strength, Core and stretch session
Quick 2km warm up row followed by an extensive strength session with core and stretching as follows: plenty of stretching on back, hamstrings, ankles, neck, arms after a number of core exercises in addition to the plank and crunches
Friday 24th October 2025: WattBike ride on the Fulgaz Netherlands route followed by strength and core session
Nice fast WattBike ride on the Fulgaz Dutch route through the countryside and into towns. After that did a short core and strength session on the Garmin app but trying to operate it correctly
Thursday 23rd October 2025: C2 RowErg followed with strength and core session’s
A short row on the RowErg following different strokes rates rates with slower warm ups and cool 😎 downs. This was followed by a core and strength session.
Tuesday 21 October 2025: WattBike Ride on Fulgaz USA route followed by Strength session
Nice 17km ride with other riders on a route in US. This was followed by a Strength session. Also did some core and back strengthening exercises
