walked 4.5km to Jubilee pool and back. At the pool did just over 1km swim including some drills to improve technique and speed. Cloudy ☁️ and warmish.

Sunday 10th August 2025: C2 RowErg training session followed by a quick strength session
Nice training row on the RowErg at different strokes rates including 20, 24 and 28. Followed this with quick strength circuit with bench press, bicep curl, squats, side bends, minute Planck and 50 crunches.

Nice 30 minute fitness row following John on RowAlong with different stroke rates including warm up and cool 😎 down. Followed this with the short strength training exercise.

Saturday 2nd August 2025: RowErg session following Row along session followed by Strength session
Nice 28 minute session following a RowAlong workout changing stroke rates for varied times. Followed this workout with strength workout.
Thursday 31st July 2025: Evening swim with a bit of coaching.
Short swim 🏊♂️ with coaching to improve my stroke. Lots of different technique 25m sessions over 40 minutes to work on. Calm seas but cloudy on the beach next to Newlyn green.
