A short WattBike training ride on the Waterford Nature Park route in 🇮🇪. Followed this with a strength session.

Sunday 28th July 2025: PNPGC mixed training row

Good training row in a nice evening for rowing 🚣 with calm seas. Rowed out to the cargo ship Valentina, then towards the Mount and back to Penzance’s Harbour. Coxes: James & Chris, 6: Jem, 5: Trev, 4: Steve, 3: Tom, 2: Wendy, 1: Me.

Just over a 1km swim around Trevassack lake with Fran followed by a brunch at the cafe

Saturday 19th July 2025: WattBike training coastal ride in Snowdonia

After a while a quick WattBike training ride on the Fulgaz course. Followed this with 30 mins of strength training.

Thursday 17th July 2025: Open Water Training Swim at Trevassack Lake

Just over 1km training swim 🏊‍♂️ at Trevassack lake with Fran and a bit of coaching from momentum.

Friday 11th July 2025: PNPGC crew row to Marazion beach as safety boat for the Trilogic Triathlon club swim round the Mount

Rowed to Marazion beach to take part as the safety boat for the Trilogic Triathlon club swim 🏊‍♂️ round the Mount challenge where 35 participants took part.

After the row went down the Longboat for a few pints 🍻 then walked home and saw this view of lovely full moon shining on the sea on the walk home just past Penzance station

40 minute swim 🏊‍♂️ around bouys on this beautiful lake with my daughter Francesca being coached by Momentum

Wednesday 2 July to 6th July 2025: Trip to Bath & Loughborough for Murder Mystery on steam train with Dinner!

On way up to Murder mystery on a steam train with dinner in Loughborough stopped off for a Toot bus tour and walk round Bath staying at The Bird, Bath boutique hotel. The video pictures outlines this trip
