Nice route in the Lot valley in France 🇫🇷. Reminds me of the rides I did in the Var several years ago


Quick 2km warm up row followed by an extensive strength session with core and stretching as follows:

plenty of stretching on back, hamstrings, ankles, neck, arms after a number of core exercises in addition to the plank and crunches



Nice fast WattBike ride on the Fulgaz Dutch route through the countryside and into towns. After that did a short core and strength session on the Garmin app but trying to operate it correctly



A short row on the RowErg following different strokes rates rates with slower warm ups and cool 😎 downs. This was followed by a core and strength session.



Nice 17km ride with other riders on a route in US. This was followed by a Strength session.


Also did some core and back strengthening exercises



Good uptake of places tonight to get two boats out with ladies in lighter Rhos and men in heavier Morladron for a racing session. In men’s boat cox: Barry 6: Trevor 5: Ant, 4: Steve, 3: Chris, 2: Glenn, 1: Me


In Ladies 6: James, 6: Jemima 5: Sally 4: Tina, 3: Ho 2, Wendy, 1: Michele. They swooped around

The men won 4-1 in rough seas. After down the Longboat for a few drinks 🍻





Nice ride in the Bavarian countryside in Germany followed by a 27 minute strength session with stretching.

Good blast 💥 on all muscles 💪
