Thursday 12th December 2024: WattBike Training ride in a Fulgaz ride in Belgium
Quick WattBike ride in Fulgaz in Belgium π§πͺ. Flat course but internet was weak and stats below were inaccurate. Followed this with strength training barbell bench press, barbell curl, dumbell tricep extension, dumbell single arm row.

Wednesday 27th November 2024: PNPGC crew night row
Nice night row with experienced crew Cox; James, 6: Me, 5: Nina, 4: Trevor, 3: Jem, 2: Chris, 1: James Clear night and relatively calm sees and we could see the stars β¨. Plenty of technique training and as the stroke at 6 a change for me. Boat came in which was interesting.
Tuesday 26th November 2024: WattBike training ride on Rouvey Icelandic route
Quick ride on WattBike on the above ROUVY route. Few steep hills that increased my power output. Followed with a few weights and cool down 500m row.
Sunday 24th November 2024: Wattbike time trial ride on a Rouvy Icelandic route
Nice time trial ride through the Icelandic countryside. This was my longest route on rouvy.
Wednesday 20th November 2024: PNPGC night row
First night row in calm seas and mild night. Plenty of technique and racing starts on a lovely evening. A mixed crew as follows: Cox: James/Trev: 6: Tina, 5 Jayne , 4: Steve, 3: Nina 2: Me, 1: Janice.

Menβs team gig row in reasonably calm seas but overcast. Cox Wendy/Trevor, 6: Jim, 5: Steve. 4: Bob, 3: Ant, 3: Me, 1: Chris,
