Three of us went to the above regatta at Silver Wings Sailing Club that is in Wraysbury lake in Staines. There were 11 teams at the event including Rowhedge, Brightlingsea, London Cornish, West London, Poole, Newhaven, Affinity, Lewes, Oarsome Thames Barbarians and us. Two Funerals and travelling curtailed by training plans apart from the usual walks with Fudgey Boy. Hopefully back to regular fitness and strength training.
