A 10km blast 💥 on the WattBike after a few days of inactivity due to the weather. After this did some strength training with weights.

Evening row on calm waters: Cox: Julie, 6: Tina 5: Me 4: Steve 3: Kevin 2: Jo 1: Jonny/Ivan. Lots of racing starts and power rowing 🚣🏿 as well as technique. Change for me being at 5. Jonny took some photos of our row. Note calm waters which is a change.
Saturday 16th March 2024: PNPGC Scillies training row
Good training row in awful weather with lots of rain and choppy waters. Cox:Jim 6: Steve, 5: Emma, 4: Claire 3: Jonny, 2: Kevin, 1: me. Plenty of race starts and practicing technique in choppy waters. Also stroke technique training for power and feathering.

Looking forward to the Three Rivers Row tomorrow run by Caradon Gig Club. This 10km of 6 mile race will be tough due to poor training over the weeks due to a virus, chest infection and poor weather for rowing 🚣🏿 on the water
