Wednesday 11th February 2026: EXR Henley course route on C2 RowErg followed by strength & stretch session

Nice 5km row along the EXR Henley on Thames course. Followed this with a strength and stretching session. The strength session as follows: Followed this with some stretching especially on back

Tuesday 10th February 2026: WattBike Training Ride on ROUVY Ironman Kona course in New Zealand followed by cool down

Nice 20km training ride on ROUVY Ironman Kona course in New Zealand 🇳🇿. Hope to visit Kona sometime when in New Zealand. Followed this with a 7 minute cool down ride as follows

Tuesday 3rd February 2026: WattBike virtual training ride on 2 ROUVY’s rides and a strength session

This was the starter 3km ride on a ROUVY tutorial route working out the new functions since using it over a year ago when moved to Fulgaz. I followed this with another 14.5 Km ride on ROUVY in the Everglades in Florida in 🇺🇸 followed this with a quick strength and stretch session.
