Saturday 19th April 2025: WattBike cycle followed by strength session and C2 RowErg cool down

A 20 minute blast on the WattBike on the New Zealand πŸ‡³πŸ‡Ώ Fulgaz Ironman course in Taupo. This was followed by strength training This full body session devised on Hevy was followed by a cool 😎 down row.

Tuesday 8th April 2025: PNPGC Men’s Scilly Crew Gig Training
