Lovely evening gig row out of Penzance and around Harbour. The evening weather was great with clear skies and calm seas. Crew was Coxes: James/ Trevor 6:Jo, 5: Jem, 4: Steve, 3: Chris, 2: Me, 1: Kevin. Lots of race starts as well as pyramid sessions of 10 easy stroke row followed by 10 hard stroke row and moving upwards to 60. So a tough session to improve fitness and power of the stroke.
