Wednesday 19th February 2025: WattBike ride on Fulgaz π¦πΊ route followed by strength and cool π down row

Quick 20 minute ride as the ride seemed to freeze a couple of times but constant session but the distance is much shorter than normal due to freezing. This was in Brighton, Melbourne in Australia- hi Stats below

This was followed by strength training 20 x 20kg barbell bench press. 20x 10kg dumbbell bicep curl, 20x 20kg barbell squat, 1 minute plank and 50 x crunches

Tuesday 11th February 2025 : 5km C2 RowErg training row
5000m C2 RowErg training row which was interrupted. Working up to 10,000m when stopped. Need to up power and pace. Stats below

Good men’s crew training row towards the Mountain and back Cox: James, 6: Jim, 5: Trevor 4: Anthony, 3: Tom, 2: Steve 1: me. The sea was calm and cold.
Friday 7th February 2025: WattBike ride on a Brighton Tri course followed by a sprint virtual row
This WattBike ride on a Fulgaz Tri route in Brighton was a disappointment as kept on freezing and gave up. As I lived and studied in Brighton wanted to do the route and come back to this again.

after this disappointment did a quick 300 quick C2 RowErg blast π₯ as follows which was an age against machine challenge.

Thursday 6th February 2025: 3000m C2 RowErg training Fartlek row followed by strength session
The above row was a Fartlek training row to be followed by others in preparation for the Scillies. It was 200m@20spm, 600m@24spm and 200m@28spm. This was repeated 4 times to make 5000m in total. This as followed by the following strength session
