
A WattBike ride of almost 10km ride on the MyWhoosh Perth City route. Tried this platform for the first time which to me was a bit like Zwift but free which is great for individuals starting out on indoor cycling. Fulgaz is great for actual videos but does not have the competitor aspect to it. Will look at other routes and make a judgement. So tried Zwift, Rouvey. Fulgaz and Rouvey which all have there pros and cons. However the route followed does seem to be an actual route although a bit gamey.

A starter swim at PZ Leisure Centre to improve technique. Very slow and need swim drills and coaching to improve overall body position, balance, roll and control. Also improve breathing, catch and pull


















This 5km warm up endurance row was followed by a strength and core session













A short row on the RowErg following different strokes rates rates with slower warm ups and cool 😎 downs. This was followed by a core and strength session.


Nice 17km ride with other riders on a route in US. This was followed by a Strength session.
