Nice virtual bike route around the coast in South Africa. A bit of a climb at the end but just undulating the rest of the route. Never been to South Africa – so a nice change

Good virtual 20km bike ride around 
This was a a nice undulating virtual bike course along the ROUVY Challenge abbreviated Wanaka route. It reminded me of the times I listened to IM Talk podcast with John Newson and Bevan James Eyles who broadcast from the South Island of New Zealand in Christchurch. They constantly said it was the most scenic iron distance triathlon and recommended it to their Ironman listeners. Certainly on this virtual AR video route was very scenic.
16th February 2022: 13.5 km Virtual Bike ride round the Makuri flatlands Zwift route

Followed this bike ride with some weight strength training, yoga stretches, Wim Hoff breathing with a breath hold of 90 seconds & a 60 second cold shower. After the cold shower listened to ‘shiver by’ Ed Sheeran – Brrrrrrr
12th February 2022: 17th Park Run at Penrose, Helston
Good blow out run on a windy day to get the joints working after several weeks not running. Glad I did not go to Land’s End due to the wind
11th February 2022: 8.7km Virtual Bike Ride around the ROUVY City of Prague

The ROUVY route crosses the Vltava River over the Charles bridge with views of Prague Castle and St Vitus
10th February 2022: 13.6km Virtual Bike Ride round the ROUVY Budapest City route
strava.app.link/5zmjjxqhxnbGood quick virtual bike 13km bike ride around Budapest City which brought back memories of visiting this City on various consultancy trips with US Pharmaceutical Company clients as well as chairing and organising a Symposium for TOPRA with the Hungarian Regulatory Agency OGYEI. The route crosses the river Danube from Pest to Buda with scenes of the Hungarian Parliament building, St Stephen’s Basilica, Buda Castle. Nice
9th February 2022: 5.2 km Virtual bike ride around ROUVY- Mallorca- Cap de fermentor route
strava.app.link/JN2WNLKQvnbHilly ROUVY virtual course on this Spanish Balearic Island in the Mediterranean. Limited for time so had to stop early up the climb. Looks a nice ride in the lovely sunshine but not sure whether it’s viable nowadays?

Remembering visiting Melbourne after speaking at a conference at Canberra and going onto Thailand to present at the Thai FDA in Bangkok. Also visited Sidney prior to this.
