After a while a quick WattBike training ride on the Fulgaz course. Followed this with 30 mins of strength training.

Just over 1km training swim 🏊‍♂️ at Trevassack lake with Fran and a bit of coaching from momentum.

Good start at coming back to swimming

Rowed to Marazion beach to take part as the safety boat for the Trilogic Triathlon club swim 🏊‍♂️ round the Mount challenge where 35 participants took part.

After the row went down the Longboat for a few pints 🍻 then walked home and saw this view of lovely full moon shining on the sea on the walk home just past Penzance station

40 minute swim 🏊‍♂️ around bouys on this beautiful lake with my daughter Francesca being coached by Momentum

On way up to Murder mystery on a steam train with dinner in Loughborough stopped off for a Toot bus tour and walk round Bath staying at The Bird, Bath boutique hotel. The video pictures outlines this trip

To raise funds and recruit members PNPGC took the gazebo onto the harbour on busy Quay Fair Day at the Penzance Golowan festival with a number of attractions such as longest distance to row on a C2 RowErg, guess the weight of oar and name the toy. Some of the winners below

After the row from Penzance to Marazion beach for the Mounts Bay Regatta and a few drinks with a few members of the PNPGC men’s team called Jacqueline to watch the fireworks at end of Mazey day in Penzance Harbour

Rowed from Penzance Harbour to Marazion beach for the Mounts Bay Gig Club regatta. Although still ill from Chest infection was OK to row.

Spent the day supporting the PNPGC teams rowing on the day. As still recovering from chest infection did not row but good day

Rowed back to Penzance’s harbour after the regatta and had a few drinks in the Longboat

Both PNPGC men’s and ladies teams performed well against strong competition
