Tuesday 26th August 2025: Short warm up WattBike ride along the Fulgaz San Francisco Harbour route followed by strength session

Warm up ride on WattBike following the San Francisco Harbour which reminded me when I was there several years back on a conference. Followed this with a strength session as shown below:

Sunday 10th August 2025: C2 RowErg training session followed by a quick strength session

Nice training row on the RowErg at different strokes rates including 20, 24 and 28. Followed this with quick strength circuit with bench press, bicep curl, squats, side bends, minute Planck and 50 crunches.
