Nice fast WattBike training ride down a Fulgaz route I know well as used to do a 10km beginning of January race down the Promenade des Anglais in Nice ๐ซ๐ท for 15 years sometimes with my Tri buddy Ivor who I went in return to Erding near Munich to do a 10km and sprint Triathlon. Nice filming ๐ฅ that brought back many memories while riding as always went to the Nice market after the race for a delicious lunch usually in the sun in Nice.

These are the running times for the Nice 10K prom which was the route starting near the hotel Negresco down to Nice airport and back. Other French runs over the years living in France as well
