Nice fast ROUVY route on lake Garda West in Italy 🇮🇹. Hilly towards the end. Lovely scenery and reminds me of the time we holidayed there with a camper van. Time constricted, so only did 14 Km, just before hill climb

Had a crack at the first stage of La Vuelta cycle competition going from Portugal to Spain. This stage is in Portugal 🇵🇹 from Lisbon to a small town called Oeiras. The professional winner for this stage was the American Brandon McNully from UAE Team Emirates. He won this stage in 12′ 35″ at an average speed of 57.2 km/hr. Looking at my time need to sharpen up. Lisbon is a Nice City and reminds me on many times meeting with AEMPS regulatory authority and organising a conference with them.
