
Nice hilly WattBike virtual ride on Harrogate Zwift course. Good one to improve fitness of cycling π΄ββοΈ on hills also for gig rowing especially on the quads. Quiet course for fellow cyclists on this one compared to other courses on Zwift. This was followed by a brief strength training session.



Morning Pilates session to improve flexibility and posture to improve tension in hips and back.



Quick virtual WattBike ride round the virtual ROUVY Challenge Wanaka in New Zealand. This was after a bit of strength training in the gym. Nice change from rowing π£ββοΈ
Lovely evening row as sun was going down. Went from Sandy Cove in Newlyn to Mousehole. Fun π€© row out and raced coming back. Went for a drink π» afterwards at the Fisherman’s Arms in Newlyn with Alison, Jonny, Kerry, Trevor and Jayne.










Good evening row in sunny π conditions with calm seas ideal for training. Practiced race starts, buoy turns and powering up from 60% upwards to get the boat moving. Also technique improvement Cox: Julie, 6: me, 5: Kevin, 4: Jonny, 3: Steve C, 2: Mikey, 1: Steve M.
